Our standard services are designed for regularly maintained homes. If your home needs extra attention — for example, it hasn't been professionally cleaned in 6+ months — we may recommend a Deep Clean or a Heavy-Duty Reset Clean. We'll always confirm pricing with you before booking, never after.

What we do not clean
For health and safety reasons, our team is unable to clean biohazardous materials. Specialist remediation is required prior to our visit.

For first-time clients, we confirm the final price with a quick photo or short video walkthrough of your space, since homes that haven't been professionally cleaned in a while may need extra time. We'll always tell you the final number before we book — no surprises on cleaning day.

Not at all. Many of our clients provide access instructions and go about their day, or aren't home when we clean their cottage. We'll always confirm access arrangements with you before the first visit.

A Premium Clean covers all the everyday essentials — floors, surfaces, kitchen, bathrooms, and dusting. A Deep Clean includes everything in the Premium Clean plus the details: inside the oven and fridge, baseboards, window sills, and behind and under furniture. We recommend a Deep Clean for your first visit or a seasonal reset.

Many of our cottage clients live in Toronto and visit on weekends. We arrange secure access ahead of time, clean before you arrive so it's spotless when you get there, and can send confirmation photos once the job is done. You'll always know exactly when we were there and what was completed.

We use professional-grade, eco-friendly products that are safe for children and pets. If anyone in your home has specific allergies or sensitivities, let us know when booking and we'll adjust accordingly. You're also welcome to provide your own products if you prefer.

You only pay once your service is complete and you're happy with the result. No payment is required to book. We'll confirm accepted payment methods when we reach out to schedule your first visit.

Life happens — we offer free rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice. Just call or text us and we'll find a new time that works for you.
